Evelyn Ng is a darling of the professional poker world. She first gained notice with her 2nd place finish at the 2005 Ladies Night Out on the World Poker Tour, beating established female players like Annie Duke, as well as other solid tournament performances. Her presence at Pro Tour-San Diego this weekend came as a surprise to many, but a friendship with Magic stars turned Poker stars David Williams and Eric "Efro" Froehlich eventually saw her slinging spells, and this weekend marks her first foray into the Magic Pro Tour (though as a spectator, not a competitor).

Raw.tv had an interview with Ng on poker and her newfound interest in the "other" card game. Make sure to check out that interview here.
