Get a Job with WOTC

It is the dream of thousands of Magic fans all over the world: a job at Wizards of the Coast. But coming by such a treasured position, particularly considering the job market since the economic collapse of 2008, is not easy. Now Wizards of the Coast is making it a tad simpler with the announcement of a search to hire two customer service positions via telecommute. Now fans of the company and its products can get a job working for Wizards without even having to move from where they're presently located!

The job listing is for two Tier 1 Customer Service Representatives to join PAI, a company contracted by Wizards of the Coast to provide customer service. The position purpose, as stated on the job hiring page:

"This position will provide the highest standard of customer support for all Wizards of the Coast products. This includes, but is not limited to, live chat, forum and email support for Wizards digital and analog games."

A lack of higher education is also not a huge barrier to entry for the position with a minimum requirement of only a high school diploma (or equivalent) necessary, though continuing education in business is listed as a plus.

While the job would have you working for a contracting service on behalf of Wizards of the Coast, it's a huge opportunity to get a foot in the door in the hopes of moving up in the company while working around Magic and other Wizards properties, all without relocating!
