ICv2 is reporting two additional notes regarding the settlement over counterfeit Yugioh cards between Konami and Upper Deck. Upper Deck, determined to have illegally manufactured counterfeit Yugioh cards, arranged a settlement with Konami, the actual makers of the Yugioh game.

ICv2 reports a conditional settlement notice has been filed by Konami which provides for Upper Deck to remit two payments to them as part of the settlement. Additional terms outlining what constitutes a breach of that agreement are also included. Read the full article from ICv2 here.

In a second piece published on the same day, ICv2 reports Konami released a statement on the lawsuit. The company indicated it was "very pleased" with the outcome in the case. Read the full details here.

The lawsuit against Upper Deck marks a dark time for the company, who is also being sued by Major League Baseball for trademark violations.
