Konami and Upper Deck Settle

Upper Deck and Konami have agreed to undisclosed terms in a settlement that ends their legal battle over Upper Deck's alleged counterfeiting of Yugioh cards. Upper Deck, at one time the exclusive distributor of Yugioh in the United States, was accused of creating fake cards for repackaging and distributing them to vendors.
In the settlement, Upper Deck agreed to pay an undisclosed sum of money to Konami.
